HIRING - CHAT SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
Bachaa Party is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of Chat Support Executive.

- Providing prompt and accurate assistance to customers through calls, email & chat support
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolve their issues in a timely manner
- Gathering information to escalate complaints or issues
- Call Center Experience is preferably required
- 2 years of experience in the Chat Support Domain, handling social media platforms.
- Minimum Intermediate, bachelor will be preferred
Must-Have:
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Excellent Written English.
